Individual therapy
Most of us would rather avoid our negative emotions. But all emotions — the good, the bad, the ugly — are core to who you are, and how you approach your emotional self influences how you experience your life. So when you stop listening to that part of yourself or ignore your negative feelings, you’re usually only adding more fuel to the fire.
In these collaborative 1:1 sessions, you’ll learn how to sit in all your emotions, rather than fight them or fear them. We’ll unpack what you’re struggling with by exploring the patterns in your life and identifying their connections. You’ll come to value your emotions and ground yourself in them, leading to increased self-awareness and a balanced life.
Areas of focus:
- Trauma
- Childhood emotional neglect or abuse
- Sexual or physical abuse
- Struggles with emotions — connecting to them or feeling overwhelmed by them
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Eating disorders and disordered eating

Nature-based workshop
Life can take its toll. It’s easy to lose yourself in the fray. It’s often not so easy to find your way back. Nature offers a quietude where you can come to terms with the difficulties that, till now, you’ve simply been trying to survive. In this respite from your everyday, your painful emotions are more easily connected to — and released. You’ll develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and return to reality feeling rejuvenated.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Explore and deepen your relationship with nature
- Practice mindfulness, opening yourself up to your senses
- Connect with all aspects of yourself, including the parts you’ve been overwhelmed by or shameful of
- Discover how to trust again: yourself, your intuition and your ability to handle anything life throws at you
